Exchange Policy
We want you to feel happy and confident when shopping at BattleX.pk.
If you received the wrong item or something is not right, you can request an exchange.
1. Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange if:
📌 You received the wrong product
📌 The product arrived damaged
📌 The size/model sent is not the same as ordered
📌 The product is unused and in original packing
We do NOT offer exchange if:
📌 The product is used
📌 The product is damaged after delivery
📌 The customer simply changes their mind
📌 The 48-hour exchange window has passed
2. Time Limit for Exchange
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
After 48 hours, exchange requests will not be accepted.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and pictures/videos of the product:

4. Return Process
Once your exchange is approved:

You will send the item back in original, unused condition

We will share the return address

After we receive and check the item, we will send the new item
Return courier charges may apply depending on the case.
5. Exchange Processing Time
After we receive your returned item, your exchange is processed in:
1 to 2 working days
Then your new item is shipped to you.
6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
These items cannot be exchanged:
📌 Used or damaged items
📌 Items opened or modified by customer
📌 Items on clearance sale
📌 Items without original packing
